Azerbaijan continues to desecrate Armenian cultural monuments in the occupied regions of Artsakh.
Earlier it has been reported that Azerbaijanis destroyed the monument of the USSR marshal Armenak Khanperyanci in the village Mets Tagher, the historic cemetery of the village has been completely destroyed to build a road leading towards occupied Shushi, and a few days earlier the International Organization for the protection of Caucasian Heritage also reported that the Azerbaijanis have destroyed the Makun bridge in the village.
The vandalism of the Azerbaijanis in Mets Tagher is not limited to only this. Below we will present a few facts on the vandalism.

In a video that has been spread in the Azerbaijani segment of social media/social networks it appears that Azerbaijanis have desecrated the “Victory Square” monument, located in the village Mets Tagher.

The opening of the monument was on October 4th in 2012. In the video an Azerbaijani states in an ironic tone that the sewages of the houses located in the area of the monument are leaking exactly on the area of the cross, and with this expressing their intolerance, անարգանքը and hatred towards the cross.
The park dedicated to the teachers of Mets Tagher has been destroyed
Satellite photos as well as videos released by Azerbaijanis show that the park dedicated to the teachers of Mets Tagher, which was located in the street named after the pedagogues of the village, also became victim of vandalism.
The satellite pictures that were updated in 2021 allow us to assume that, as a result of road constructions carried out by Azerbaijanis in Mets Tagher, the park has almost been destroyed and the monument is missing.
The satellite photos prove that Azerbaijanis, in order to build a road to occupied Shushi, are destroying all the cultural monuments that are on that way.
